Rabbi Pamela Gottfried is celebrating her 21st Shavuot in Atlanta. She was ordained at the Jewish Theological Seminary in 1993, after spending her undergraduate years living on the beautiful arboretum campus of Haverford College. Since arriving in Atlanta, she has participated in Tu B’Shvat tree plantings, Weber School Tik Day environmental projects and High Meadows School Earth Day celebrations. Rabbi Gottfried is delighted to be team-teaching a session with Myrtle Lewin, a fellow tree-lover and member of JCAN-GA.
